Winning in business is great because when companies win, people thrive and grow. People feel upbeat about their future.

I say in order for any companies to win, the people have to have that winning feeling first. Odd enough, management very rarely feel about their people. If they do, then in most meetings, they tend to talk negatively about their people. Trust me on this. I've been in a lot of meetings previously before the initiation of any training. Then again, many more meetings lately, during the consultation period. Most of them have negative attitude towards their people.

If you see that your people is incapable, incompetent, then look at yourself. The fish rots at the head! It shows that we have not done enough to develop our people.

Another weird thing about life is that when you tend to think something about someone, it seems that the other person can also sort of feel it! Have you ever had that experience? I have, so many times. Then beware, what you feel about your people, they tend to feel it too!

So how do we build a winning company, when our people do not feel the winning feeling at all. Just simple because we do not believe in them. Remember, Peter Pan can't fly because the believing part is missing! So start believing in your people. Believe in your people so that they can believe in you. It is in the scripture. By giving you shall receive. And yet, we dwindle down on that.

In the 'Secret', the book stresses on the power of Imagination. I suggest imagine the good part. Imagine the good values. Imagine good tidings and they shall be yours. Your company will start to Win when your people can start to feel that winning feeling!

So start believing!
